Mourningcloak butterfly

Nymphalis antiopa

Description:

Brown wings with yellow-beige rims, blue dots following the yellow-beige rims. Two diagonal yellow-beige stripes at the top of the wings. This little fella has damaged wings, it usually looks like the second one.

Habitat:

There's a stream, a couple tall trees, long dry grass. It may have come from the mini-forest across the road, high dry grass, very many medium-sized trees, a stream.

Notes:

It was around may 20th, but it may have been the week after that, I don't remember exactly. First Mourningcloak I've seen this well!
