Giant California Sea Cucumber

Description:

A giant California sea cucumber at the Oklahoma Aquarium. Very interesting animals. Not something you'd really consider alive but here we are, also, hey another chance to use the other tag!

Habitat:

can be found from the Gulf of Alaska to Baja California. It is found from the low intertidal zone to a depth of 820 feet. They are most abundant in areas with moderate current with cobbles, boulders or bedrock.
