Papio hamadryas
This species is the northernmost of all baboons, native to the Horn of Africa and the southwestern tip of the Arabian Peninsula. The males’ fur is silver-white and they develop a pronounced mane and mantle at about the age of ten years; females are brown and have no mane and mantle.
