Description:

This is an endemic specie of Harlequin frogs, living only in a small part of eastern Panama. They are critically endangered and threatened by a fungus who is killing their wild populations. The proliferation of the fungus is due to climate change.

yes Maria, unfortunately this fungus is threating many of the highland frogs and toads species of Neotropics
