host plant is "Tecoma stans" the adult is similar to this one which i spotted few days back http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/120... cannot confirm the species!!

The caterpillar looks a little more friendly than the imago, but the third image wants me to eat my words! :) Nice find, Nuwan!

Nina, A. atropos is an African & European species so this one is probably
A. lachesis or A. styx
