Italian stream frog and lots of tadpoles spotted at la fontana La Rena just below Gualdo near Lucca.
Small year round spring fed mountain stream characterized by grey alder (Alnus cinerea), black elderberry (Sambucus nigra), hazelnut (Corylus avena), Chelidonia, Silene, and many ferns.
