This bat may not be sick, it may simply be a non-volant (unable to fly) juvenile that fell from the roost. If you took this photo on July 4, the timing fits. If you see this again, and you have gloves and feel comfortable doing so, you can attempt to place the bat back in the roost. He should grab on and crawl his way back in with the colony :)
