Wild Blueberries

Description:

Round blueberries we found growing wild all around Ennadai lake. Rather small, but very tasty.

Notes:

Looked like the leaves had already fallen off, so these blueberries were perfect to pick. You could literally get handfuls off each bush.

alicelongmartin, I remember Blueberries for Sal! This image does stir the senses; memory, taste, smell.

I've got to echo Jeannette, love those wild blueberries. Many fond memories of picking them on wilderness canoe trips!

Makes me think of the book "Blueberries for Sal" Enjoy them, smaller is often better than bigger!
