The tigers are in Baluarte in Vigan Ilocos Sur up in northern Philippines. It is a private sanctuary for animals that allows students to learn more about them. The tigers are in large cages where they can freely roam around. With the presence of animal trainers, students can actually pat the tigers.
Could you say something about where you saw these tigers? It could be a zoo but it seems like they are in small cages. This can be added to the Captive Animals mission.
