Yes it was taken in my backyard with at least 4 other deer. Did see it the following year in a field about a mile away. Assonet Ma

I agree with ForestDragon. I posted a similar spotting of a rare piebald white-tailed deer a few days ago, for comparison.

I would say that this is a White-tailed Deer with piebald coloration. It is very unusual.
