This had vibrant colors of hot pink and baby blue.
they usually are resting on blades of grass but this one was on a raspberry bush
it was a very pretty insect i have seen green and purple leaf hoppers or, Cicadellidae but never pink and blue!

i have looked closer and it appears to be red not pink
