Description:

Biggest caterpillars ever! 5 - 6 inches, bright green w/ electric blue, yellow & red projections. Big enough that you could hear them crunching the leaves they were eating.

Habitat:

These were bagged as part of a conservation project of New England Wildflower Society @ Garden in the Woods.

Notes:

I don't usually post "captive" stuff, but...I've seen the moths and their cocoons, but never the caterpillars - incredible!
