It does look like the Malaysian species - Phaeacius malayensis.

Congratulations DigantaGogoi, this is the first Phaeacius spider spotting from India. Phaeacius is a genus of jumping spiders that camouflage themselves on tree barks where they live. I cannot identify this species but so far Phaeacius lancearius is the only species recorded from India (mentioned in Wikipedia).
