Australian Ellipsidion Cockroach

Description:

This native adult cockroach was about 12 mm long with a thoracic shield which had a pale rim. The wing veins were beautifully displayed in white on a brown background. teh cockroach had a pair of orange cerci. Pics 2,3 & 4 show nymphs in different stages of development on the same plant.

Habitat:

Spotted on a Goodenia plant.
