The picture is not as sharp to see all details clearly. I think it is Dorcaschema alternatum.

This looks like a species of Longhorned Beetle, Family Cerambycidae. This is a huge Family but I don't think very many of them have stripes like yours. Check here, maybe under the Flat-faced Longhorns:
