I zoomed in to the pic, and I think the "spikes" on the discarded skin (the black and yellow thing crumpled at the bottom) have a 2 prong tip. In that case it's a Multicolored Asian Lady Beetle. But I'm really not sure.
That's a lady beetle pupa. Not sure what kind.
