Description:

A tuberous plant growing in fields and open areas in Euroe and SW Asia. In Israel it is common in loessial soils of the Negev Desert. After blooming the lfower develop into inflated fruits and the whole plant tumbles in the field. I was lucky to see it after a rare desert snow storm
