Skink

Description:

Found sunning himself along a path at Sandy Creek Nature Center. Allowed me to get within inches to snap several photos. The end of the tail was bluish in color. Approximately 6-7 inches in length from nose to tail.

Habitat:

This particular specimen was observed in a woodland/forested area.

Also, Skinks are reptiles not amphibians. ;)

I agree with Five-lined Skink complex, but it's not safe to say whether E. fasciatus (Five-lined) or E. inexpectatus (Southeastern Five-lined Skink) from this photo.
