Simpoh Air

Dillenia Suffruticosa

Description:

This plant is found high up and it has other flowers growing right beside it. I found another type of Simpoh Air, and while researching about it I found that another photo of a plant of mine was the same species, just a different color. This plant has red seeds that are fairly big and they grow within the petals of the plant. It also has a whitish middle, and sometimes you can see bugs roaming inside of it.

Habitat:

Singapore American School Secondary rainforest.
