Fern-leaf Grevillea or Golden Tree

Without stems, trunk, bark, habit etc. there are many options ...
If this was planted by humans it is probably some hybrid like Grevillea "Honey Gem". http://anpsa.org.au/g-honey1.html

It's leaves are different to a Silky Oak..

Except for the leaves.

It is a 3 m high tree..

Emma definitely Grevillea but I don't think it's robusta. How big is the plant Christiane? I'm guessing 3-4 metres?
