I have been on the web site & it's tough but I'm leaning towards summer?
This is one of the fishflies, possibly a Spring Fishfly (Chauliodes rastricornis) or a Summer Fishfly (Chauliodes pectinicornis). Take a look http://bugguide.net/node/view/3610/bgima... and run through the pages and see what you think. I'd be interested in hearing what you come up with for an ID.
