Description:

Small blue shiny bb size Berry or seed. Makes up cluster the size of quarter. On stem six inches high. I see no leaves. Near a creek. Wooded area

Wooded. Near creek.

Notes:

The verigated leaf in the second picture is in related to plant. Plant appears to be stem rising from ground.

There is a possibility could be an invasive species, you may want to remove the seeds. One thing you could do now is go and pull up one of them, taking note of the smell, size, and form of the root.

It is a wild onion or garlic, genus Allium, difficult to tell which one without more info.
