Description:

Looks like a largish sparrow. It has streaked grey-brown above and pale below with breast streaking. It has long legs and tail and a long dark bill. It moves swiftly on the ground.

Habitat:

Area is being developed for a housing estate on the fringes of Kolkata proper.

Notes:

The Blank Flange problem has cropped up again which means Chome is not allowing me to use Macro-enabled stuff. I can only load photos using Chrome. For anything else I must use IE that too clicking on Enable content and Enable all content...a million times. PLEASE, PLEASE Tech guys...I am begging you...resolve this security certificate issue.
