feather duster worm

Sabellidae

Description:

This tube worm, and many others, exhibit the mostly vibrant colours. This particular tube worm was in only about 2 meters of water and caught my eye because it was right next to a beautiful shell (seen in the background). Tube worms will retract if you get to close or make any sudden movements around them.

Habitat:

Coral Reef. Seen at Ligpo Island
