Description:

A striking flowering plant that is native to western Africa. This evergreen liana grows up to four meters tall and is a popular cultivated plant due to its clustering flowers with snow white (upper) calyxes and red (lower) corolla.

This specimen was photographed outside of its native geographical range, in the Oslo Botanical Gardens (Norway).
