If it has a coon tail, then it is a western diamondback. There are a few species who have that tail, but the western is the only one in Texas.

It's a rattler I have another pic up same snake it's got black and white on the end of its tail

I can't see its tail in the picture, but it looks like a rattler. Maybe a western diamondback.
