Fruticose pale yellow-ish green densely branched small, shruby main stems with dense short side branches.

Habitat:

Top of dead tree

Notes:

Studies have shown that the usnic acid does have antibiotic properties and has been reported to be more effective than penicillin in the treatment of external wounds and burns.
