Hemidactylus Frenatus

Description:

A small gecko that ran around & around my coffee cup. This one was a little darker than the common Asian house geckos we get.

Thank you Martin for the ID & the information. I didn't know they could do that! It makes sense, because I only usually see the paler skin coloured geckos here in my house. Thanks :)

there is always confusion between cosymbutus platyurus and hemidactylus frenatus in the web - I'm quite sure that it's an h.frenatus even if its a little darker... most (night)geckos are able to lighten and darken their skin-colour...
