Lizard with mutation on tail.

From the photos I see I can't see if it is smooth or rough. I am just going by the pattern and the shape of the head.
mostly likely a Eastern fence lizard (Sceloporus undulatus)His tail possibly broke or didn't fall all the way and the other tail grew back with the other tail still attached.
