Green algae on tree trunk. In the second photo you can see how they look under the microscope. (They form tetrads, though in the photo it is not so clearly visible. But you can see that sometimes four tetrads are together).

I tried to take a look at different algae, but with no luck.
These look similar (C. Chlorokybus)-> http://comenius.susqu.edu/biol/202/archa...

but there's written that they're motile, mine were not, so I'm still searching :)
