John B, Thank you for the comment but it seems different. I added few more spottings in Notes for more clarity. It looks close to Brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), Halyomorpha halys. Refer :

Mouth part is flat for Halyomorpha halys but in above spotting it's triangular in shape. So, I'm little puzzled.
