Congrats Fabiano, your fantastic Golden Ant has made the top 10 arthropod spottings in the '2015 Best Wildlife Photo' mission! Rangers are voting on the top 10 arthropod spottings, and the top 3 will be announced on February 9th. The top 3 spottings will be commented on here on the site, but make sure you keep a look out on our Facebook app page for the announcement as well! Congratulations on making the top 10! https://www.facebook.com/projectnoah
Are these rare? This is fantastic!
Really golden! Great pics!
Are these types of ants rare? They're sooo pretty!
There was an explanation posted a short time ago. SOTD is on a hiatus and this will stay until it returns.
How long will this be the SOTD.........!?
I hope the SOTD returns also..... :(
WOW!!! That is so beautiful, a well-earned SOTD. I have never gotten a SOTD, but hopefully I will soon.
Thank you, DanielePralong.... the sooner the better.... : )
The banner at the top of the page will be changed when the sotd function returns, no need to worry about it in the meantime.
Still no SOTD?
Wonderful ,, Congratulations !
Wow! They come in gold too! Congrats!
Ah ok that makes sense.
Hi everyone who have commented here recently! Our Spotting of the Day feature is taking a little break. We hope to bring it back as soon as possible. In the mean time you can enjoy Spotting of the Week (Rangers' choice) and Fact of the Day. Thanks for your understanding.
I have been wondering the same...."why is this spotting has been the "spotting of the day".... for the past 2 weeks?"....Fabiano Zacarias, has a great spotting but it is supposed to be.."Spotting of the Day"!!??....
I do not know vanusflytrap200 , I'm new here. I am still understanding how the site works .
Congrats on your well-deserved SOTD! but may i ask why this has been the spotting of the day for the past 2 weeks?
