I found it in the corner of a photo of a moth but when I went back to look it had disappeared - it was probably an almost invisible speck on the wall! I don't use macro lenses, this was taken with a 140mm at about 1' distance. I use it for birds, not bugs!

It might be some form of midge. Need a clearer photo though.
