Mantispa sp.
Closely resembling the praying mantis this relative of the lacewing is about 20mm long. Very colorful iridescent eyes. Spotted it inside the house. Must have been attracted to the light inside at night.
Found near a light bulb at night.

Thanks Sckel. This was shot with an on camera flash. As the camera was at an angle nearly parallel to the glass face, the reflected light went away from the lens.
