Large black bird with a red face. They fly soaring with their wings raised in a V and making wobbly circles.

Habitat:

Roadsides, Farm Fields, Countryside, and landfills...looking for food.

Notes:

These are frequently spotted at Lake Raystown Seven Points Camping area.
