Large Ichneumon

Description:

At 4:30 a.m. in the morning, I went into the garage, to take the garbage out. As I looked down at the floor, I saw a black and red insect, resting on the garage floor. This insect, was five eights of an inch long. This insect, had two antennae. The two antennae was banded, with black and white colors. The ends of the antennae, was curved downwards. This insect, had six, black, jointed legs. This insect, had four, medium black, transparent wings. This insect, had a long, red, segmented abdomen. This insect is alive, and able to move.

I spotted this black and red insect, resting on the garage floor.
