Cynoglossum officinale
Small forget me not sized flowers, with buds simular to holly hocks. Plants get 1 to 2 feet tall. Flowers hang down. Bees like the blossoms.
Along rail trail out by the river.
Later I went back to explore the seeds. They had Velcro like seeds that stuck to my shorts.
