I think it's the yellow bellied slider because that's just the kind of turtle someone buys, outgrows the aquarium and is then released "to the wild". Here in Vienna we already have a population of red-eared slider and yellow-bellied sliders in the Prater because people always released them in the same spot.
Jellis, You may be right...but I suspect this is a released pet. It had no color at all on the shell (at most carapace was 4-5 inches) and shows some stacking....it was also basking on a cloudy day when nothing else was...none of the RES or watersnakes or even frogs. It also showed zero fear or nervousness about us.
The yellow stripe behind that eye is the marking of a yellow bellied pond slider.
