Welcome Luis... In fact your description already helped me to find ID. I guess this plant feed Hummingbirds in your area. Similar flowering plants feed Indian similar little Sunbirds. But Sunbirds lands on Flowers while feeding. One day I will post those type pictures once grabbed.
