Lynx rufus
Captive, not wild. Located at Virginia Living Museum. The museum mammalogist told me females bobcats average 20 lbs, and males average 40 lbs. This was a female, and she was said to weigh a whopping... 35 lbs! :)

why does bobcat live here in virginia
No worries, btw you can add it to the captive animals mission :-) http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/7973...
Thank you! :) In the location field, I entered the zoo (Virginia Living Museum); but the site appears to have converted the location name to just the name of the city. I will add the zoo name in the notes section; so viewers know this was captive, vs. wild. The zoo told me females average 20 lbs, and males average 40 lbs. This was a female, and she was said to weigh a whopping... 35 lbs! :)
