Praying mantis, I just don't know which type. It is brown and around 1 1/2" long.

You should see the baby one I found last year. I have a photo of it on my Facebook, I'll get it tomorrow and post it here. It was only a 1/4" long!
That is one tiny mantis. Good eye.
