This a Coleoptera, family Carabidae. The few records I found were in the Buenos Aires province and South of Cordoba. This is de middle Argentina. It is completely black, in fact, the translation of it name could be Black-bug.
It was pictured in an urban area in the north of Buenos Aires City.
