It could be a number of things. If I could get a sense of its size and/or a clear view of the spinnerets, that would narrow things down a lot. As of right now though, I'm stumped. It looks like a gnaphosid to me.

I'm reasonably good at identifying spiders, but I'm drawing a blank on this one. It would've helped if you snagged a picture of the eye pattern or photographed this on a white background.

This is a great photo of a great spider, I'm just having trouble coming up with the correct name.
