Plant Hopper

Description:

This white bug with black specks was found crawling on branches and leaves. It crawled pretty fast, as you can see in the video. While I could not video this bit, it did also fly, and sort of looked like a white moth when it did. About 1- 1 1/2 inches long.

Habitat:

Secondary tropical rainforest. Was found crawling on a leaf.

Notes:

I could not find the scientific name of this species. I'm sure it has something to do with the species 'flatidae', as the Wikipedia page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flatidae) shows a picture quite similar to this insect in shape, but not color. There isn't too much information on this genus or species on the internet, so please help me further ID this species by helping me figure out the scientific name.
