Lee la wa dee in the category flowering plant.and called in the english name is frangipani ,plumeria and templetrec.And lee la wa dee have a many colors is yellow,red,pink or white.and is the national flower of laos.

This is a type of Plumeria or Frangiapani. Very difficult to identify it down to the species level because their are so many different cultivated varieites: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plumeria
