They look like either milkweed assassin bug nymphs or wheel bug nymphs. assassin all red and wheel bug black head and red body. But can't be sure without a clearer pic.

Though the picture is rather blurry, by their general appearence they are possibly wheelbug nymphs. (Since the spotting is so recent, might you be able to relocate them and take another photo?)
