Those are River Otters. Here is where the confussion may be: In the US there is an invasive large water roden (Myocastor coypus) with the common name "Nutria", however Nutria is also the Spanish word for Otter. So for example if I was speaking in Spanish and I saw a Sea Otter, I would say "Nutria Marina", a River Otter just a plain old "Nutria".

Looks more like a coypu then a river otter to me.
