Acanthocephala terminalis

Description:

Leaf like flare on the lower portion of the back legs or tibia. Orange tipped antenna. They are relatively large bugs, getting to be one inch in length.

Habitat:

It sucks the juices out of plants, and tends to keep to woodlands and meadows.
