Orion Cecropian / Stinky Leafwing

Historis odius

Notes:

I found the cocoon (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/148...) in the backyard in a weed, near the wall. I thought it would be safe in the house, since there are a lot of hungry lizards on the wall. The butterfly emerged after 2 weeks. Then I had the stupid idea to try to get it and put it out there in the flowers, for her to rest outdoors and fly but the wings were not yet ready, and butterfly fell and struggled, it probably damaged the drying. I caught the butterfly and brought to the backyard, I did some pictures, and then I realized that something was wrong, the wings were folded. I believe that I have caused severe damage to the wings of this butterfly. I say this with a terrible sense of guilt. I really hate me myself when my anxiety and curiosity has negative results for the species.
