Cocos nucifera
This is a coconut palm. It is a memeber of the family of Arecaceae. On the palm is a fruit growing, the coconut, which you can eat. The trees are tall and have long palm brench at the end. in the middle of all the palm branches are the coconuts growing.
I took the picture in Kanchanaburi, Thailand, which is a tropical country with a dry season from October to April and a rain season from May to September. Normally palms are growing in tropical and subtropical countries. It prefers a sandy bottom. For a successful crow they need a lot of sun and warm weather (normally over 24 degrees celcius).
